We do not have any Chinese-speaking employees in our Belgian offices, but we work daily with subcontractors from Europe and various Chinese tier-1 cities. They are there for translation work, managing our Chinese social media and website, etc. Thanks to them we have an even better connection with our Chinese customers.
All communication with us should be in English, but since you are entering the European market this shouldn’t be a problem.That is why we work as follows:
step 1First we have one or more (free) introductory meetings. In this way we get to know each other and we have a first impression of the possible assignment.
step 2We will use the information you provide during these conversations, questionnaires and chat conversations to prepare a quote. The quotation describes one or more assignments and divides it into different phases.
step 3So we work in different phases.The phases are well explained what they include and promise. After a down payment of a phase, we get to work. You can stop after each phase to not continue.That way you always know what you pay for, the amounts you pay are smaller and you are free to stop whenever you want
